It's time for the Friday update, coming at you 1 day late because I successfully took my entire birthday off from work!!!

How did I do on my intention to prioritize rest over work? After 3+ weeks of having this be my intention, I think I'm finally getting it and it's not a slog anymore. That's very nice.
