We have a moral obligation to thrive
It's the Thursday update! On Monday I told you my intention was to be more interrogative of my tendency towards negativity. I believe that we have a moral obligation to thrive, especially those of us who have been marginalized. At present, I'm struggling to live my principles.
Part of this is due to influences outside of my control, but I think there's a part of me that deliberately makes things harder for myself. I'm still trying to find the balance I need to maintain the long-term growth of my business without burning out, and the balance I need to process my feelings in a healthy way without wallowing in them.
How did you do on your intentions, and what actions are you taking that have been helping you? Put them below and don't forget to have a weekend!
