It's the Thursday update! On Monday I told you my intention was to focus on body-led working and limiting my work time to what needs to be done by not spending more than four hours on non-client work.
I've stuck to my intentions and as a result, I feel really good because by the time I get to my client-directed work, I'm not tired or overwhelmed. Coming from the last few weeks being really stressful and difficult, I feel like I'm getting back into a good routine.
