There can be no unity without accountability

I'm still feeling feelings about the attempted coup from last week. I'm still not sleeping well. It is what it is and it will probably continue to be stressful as this plays out. The lesson we can take from this as leaders is not to pass the buck when things go wrong, to accept responsibility and practice accountability. Because there can be no unity without accountability.

My intention this week is again to prioritize rest over work, it's the only way I'm able to show up for everyone I need to show up for right now.
