The investment I make in myself is catalytic

It's the Thursday update! This week I realized that I was creating a false dichotomy between self care and business care. The investment I make in myself is catalytic, not extractive. This is an organic process and thinking about it as a budgeting process is selling myself short of the opportunity that exist when I invest in my well-being.
