That sweet spot of productivity
It's the Monday update! I spent the weekend (safely) outside and seeing friends, which was really nice for my mental health. However, being out with people again also made me realize I've built up some pretty negative self-talk which I need to address.
My intention this week is to gently interrogate my negative self-talk to figure out where it's coming from rather than just outright rejecting it. I'm also still focusing on my intentions from the past few weeks - particularly eating regular meals and sleeping regular hours - and limiting my work hours to client-based or task-based work. So far, I've found that four hours of looking for work is that sweet spot of productivity where I can do what needs to be done without burning myself out.
What's your intention for the week? Put it in the box below, and don't forget to eat lunch!
