It's the Thursday update! On Monday I told you that my intention was to stick to my new process of reclaiming my time. I think I did pretty good for the first week, but there's definitely room for improvement.
Because of the cold weather, I've been working at my dining room table instead of my office space so I'm really feeling how much harder it is to stop work when you can't physically remove yourself from your work space. Trying to create the separation in my head instead of the physical space has taken a lot of energy, but I feel confident that it's going to get easier.
