My PTSD

CW: On today's Thursday update, I speak frankly about some of my PTSD symptoms and how they affect me as a business owner, but also how I prepare for them and how I cope. Both when I use not-so-great coping mechanisms and when I use better ones. I mention my mother's death and her life-long struggle with heroin addiction. I don't go into details about any of that, but it's something you may want to know before you hit play.

As for my intentions for the week? I feel like I did a great job of not being a bottle-neck, and I was able to show up when I was needed and be present in spite of everything else going on. Whether that translated to good management, I don't know and probably won't know for at least a little while.
