It takes a lot of discipline

It's time for the Monday update! Last week I talked about our unprecedented growth, which is amazing. As we continue to grow and take on more work, shifting myself around from worker to manager is easier than it's been in the past, but it still takes a lot of discipline to know when to get out of people's way and let them do their jobs.
