It's the Friday update! Usually it comes on Thursday evening, but I was so busy yesterday that I forgot.
My intention for this week was to stop cleaning the kitchen after midnight and to start getting ready for bed at 2:00 a.m. Except for a couple of times where I was five minutes over midnight in order to finish a task and one time I was 30 minutes late to start getting ready for bed because I had to eat some food, I have successfully stuck on target with this intention and it's been amazing. I'm having regular, consistent, and good sleep and I wake up feeling well rested and energized. A lot of the anxiety I was feeling previously is lifted, and I'm experiencing an overall positive outlook which is lending itself to really good days and work that I feel awesome about.
