Hey everyone, it's the Thursday update, but on Wednesday since we're taking tomorrow and Friday off.
I did pretty good on my intention to take care of my health this week. I've been taking my inhaler, drinking water and keeping warm.
Unfortunately I worked until 3:30am yesterday. That's not that late for me, but it was working after dinner, which I don't like to do. It's not the worst, but I did something similar last Tuesday, so I should keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't become a habit.
What were your intentions this week and how did you do?
