I'm officially in normalized eating
Welcome to the Monday update, the day when I share my intentions, and it's a short one because I worked late and I'm tired now.
But first, GREAT NEWS! My regulars will recall that I usually do an eating goals update, but for the first time in more than 3 years, I DON'T HAVE ONE! I am officially in normalized eating, and while the tracking will always be there if I have a slip, I'm free to eat as I see fit. This is a huge deal, I'm the first person in 3 (probably 4) generations of anorexics to seek recovery and I'm very glad I did.
On to intentions:
1. Take care of my body and try not to get sick again! That's it. It's getting colder, I usually have a cough every November and this year we're going to try to break yet another chain of unhealthy bullshit because this week my number one job is to stay warm, keep my throat and neck warm, drink tea, take my inhaler and not fuck with my health!
