It's time for the Monday update! I finally got some safe face to face social distanced time with some friends this weekend and I'm embarrassed about how far down I'd allowed myself to get.
I acknowledged for weeks that I need people in my life, that social interaction is my nourishment, and that the digital only diet wasn't working for me. Then I continued to isolate until this weekend. Because it's already hard for me to ask for what I need, and it's even worse when I'm feeling like this.
So my intention this week is to figure out how to safely increase my face to face time with other people and ask for what I need to get more social interaction in my life.
