It's the Friday update! On Monday I told you my intention for this week was to lean into what I can do to prevent burnout, including slowing down and listening to my body, and to let myself feel my victories.
I do feel like I managed to slow down and listen to my body - which is why what is usually the Thursday update is happening today - but doing that made me feel a lot of the accumulated stress I'd been drowning out with busy work. I haven't had time to revel, but hopefully I get to do some reveling this weekend.
