I literally forgot it was Thursday. So I recorded this just now, in the middle of the night.
Here's how I did on me intentions this week:
- Patience and gratitude: I had a lot of patience, but there was no room for gratitude and I think that's okay.
- All I can do is my best and try to learn something: I did my best, I showed up for my commitments, but I'm not sure how much learning was involved. Sometimes there's no lesson, you just have to put one foot in front of the other and get through it.
- Watch my energy and take breaks: I did A LOT of this. My health has been very bad this week and I've taken a lot of breaks, but it kept me on my feet and ensured I was able to show up the next day.
