It's the Thursday update! My intention for this week was to focus on my eating goals.
As soon as I started eating regularly again, I started feeling so much better and more energized. I've also decided to take a four-day weekend because I've realized I'm at the beginning of a burnout cycle. I'm looking forward to doing some creative work and work on my home and celebrating my birthday without thinking about work.
