It's Thursday! Here's how I did on my intentions
1. Don't stay at my desk doing busy work - I started to do this on Tuesday, realized what I was doing and shut it down quick.
2. Prioritize eating goals and remember to take naps - I took a nap on Tuesday, and I had some close calls with eating but I'm still on track and even went to sleep early last night and the night before.
3. Continue news and social media fast - I did it! I didn't even check the debates!!
