Oops, I almost forgot to do a Thursday update!
My one and only intention for the week was to take care of my health, and I feel really good about that. I did work after dinner yesterday, which is something I try to avoid, in part because of the negative effect it has on my sleep, but it felt important at the time.
I'm also working on building out our systems so things like that happen even less than they already do. Even though it wasn't what I wanted to happen, I wasn't hard on myself for working after dinner and I came home and had a nice bath after work today.
Overall, I feel I kept to my intention for the week. What was your intention and how did you do? Leave it below!
