It's the Monday update! My intention for this week is just to enjoy work and enjoy life again. For a long time, I felt exhausted from either dealing with the stress of our difficult first quarter or doing busy work to avoid dealing with the stress. Now, I feel like I can work and maintain my energy, and I'm looking forward to doing that.
I've also spent more time processing my worries about finding people who want me to train them. Trying to pretend like I'm just another trainer doesn't work for me, because that's not who I am. Being more specific about who I am and what I do has always been the right decision for me, and doing anything less than that is a waste of my and everyone else's time.
