Body-led working

It’s time for the Monday update! This weeks intention is once again to focus on body-led working. It’s probably going to be my intention every week, so I might change the format.

But the main struggle I have is focusing on body-led working as a growing company, and realizing that when I focus on metrics to the exclusion of my emotional landscape, the metrics I’m pretending to care so much about will always suffer.
