Big open space for brain work

It's the Thursday update! My intention for this week was to take care of my body and trying to internalize that my best is good enough.

I think I did well at both my intentions, and I've also added a new one: when work is slow, I'll come to work with a list of things to do to generate business, and when it's done, I'm done. I've been trying to remind myself that it's okay to rest during a slow time because things will pick up again, and I'll be more prepared to bring my best if I don't burn myself out before it does.
