Southbay Freelancers

One of my favorite things to do is bring people together. I've been so busy trying to make this happen for my clients in the 5 months since we launched that I haven't had much opportunity to do it for myself. But now that I've got my sea legs, things are easier around here and I can take some times to build a community of peers, namely other freelancers and soloprenuers in the Southbay area.

To that end, the first meeting of the Southbay Freelancers will take place a week from tomorrow on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 10 a.m. at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, 21300 Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance. Click here to see the Facebook event and RSVP.

The agenda of the first meeting will just be a simple meet and greet. We'll talk about ourselves and what we do, and then have some general discussion regarding what we want out of the group as well as the future schedule for the meetings.
